I spent years cooking in busy restaurant kitchens before a friend pulled me onto a concrete crew, and I learned the trade on the job, one pour at a time. I started our company in White Plains in 2023 because I liked building something that lasts longer than a dinner service.

Will I deal with the owner or a salesperson for concrete work in White Plains?
You deal with me, the owner, from the first visit to the final walk-through. I look at every job and write the estimate myself, then a small crew I trust does the work, and I'm usually on site for the pour. That way the plan you agreed on is the plan we pour.
Is your concrete company licensed and insured to work in Westchester?
Yes, we're fully licensed and insured. Westchester County requires home improvement contractors to be licensed to work in the county, so it's fair to ask every company you're comparing, us included. Our written estimate also lays out what's in the price, so you can line it up against other bids.
Do I need a permit to pour a driveway or patio in White Plains?
It depends on the job, since the city says not all work needs a building permit, and its Building Department issues them. Before a driveway expansion or sidewalk repair, the city wants a check with its public works Code Enforcement Bureau. When a job calls for it, we handle the paperwork and tell you which office up front.
Will my new concrete driveway crack like the old one did?
Concrete can still crack, but most bad cracks I see come from a base that was only raked flat, or control joints cut late or skipped. We dig out and pack the base, then cut control joints, shallow grooves that give the slab a planned place to crack, so a crack usually stays in the groove instead of wandering across the slab.
